After carefully reviewing all this information, we’ll formulate a recommended treatment plan—your practice’s unique IT Roadmap—designed to help you deliver exceptional care to your patients and clients, support your employees to be as efficient and productive as possible, and position your practice for rational, scalable growth in the future.
Service-Level Agreement (SLA): What You Can Expect
An SLA is part of our contract with you. It spells out the level of service you can expect from us, setting forth the metrics by which our service is measured—such as guaranteed response times—as well as remedies should agreed-upon service levels not be achieved. The ultimate aim is to ensure that your IT enables you to meet your business objectives. It’s a critical component of our commitment to you.
We provide quarterly reporting about our service metrics for you to review. We also provide satisfaction survey reports that are submitted by your staff when we complete IT tasks for your practice. So, you always know how we’re doing. For you, your staff and, ultimately, your patients and clients.
