The initial consultation and evaluation from Joe was a very thorough and comprehensive look at our current IT situation. Based on this he was able to provide us with a plan and estimate to move forward so we can resolve our current IT issues and help us with a plan for the future. The kickoff meeting was a great way to meet the other people that will be helping us along the way. Anna has been very helpful in guiding us and the weekly check in meetings with her keep us well informed of the progress and what is next up on our list. There have already been some changes they have implemented that we are seeing positive results from.
